A Bit About Me
I am a third-year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Waterloo, specializing in Mechatronics, and I enjoy designing mechanical systems that are practical, reliable, and well-thought-out. Over the course of three years and five different internships, I have gained experience in the Quantum Computing lab, an oil and gas refinery, an off-road design team competition and various manufacturing plants.

I have designed and machined components for trapped-ion quantum computing experiments, supported plant engineering work in an oil and gas facility, developed electrical power pole-line hardware, and tested different automotive components to industry standards. Across these roles, I have designed numerous CAD models and assemblies, run FEA, and created detailed drawings with GD&T. I used these models to prototype, manufacture, and outsource for various other processes.

Besides co-ops, I was also a part of the University of Waterloo Baja SAE design team and helped them build and assemble an off-road vehicle, which then competed at the 2024 Michigan Baja SAE. I have also built smaller projects such as a farming robot and electromagnetic arcade cranes. I am especially drawn to high-performance mechanical systems, automotive, aerospace and mobility, and experimental hardware where careful design has immediate, visible impact.

I am actively seeking a co-op for Summer 2026 where I can apply my technical background and project experience in the aerospace, manufacturing, or automotive industries.
